Are you ready to become a Cub?
Choosing the right school is an important decision, and we’re grateful you’re considering CCA. As you begin this process, our Admissions team is here to walk with you every step of the way. Applying is a step toward a meaningful partnership with a school community committed to placing Christ at the center of your child’s education, growth, and daily experience.
Your Enrollment Journey at CCA
The Admissions Team is committed to supporting families throughout each stage of the admissions process. The team conducts a comprehensive review of all applications and documentation to ensure alignment with our mission to partner with families in providing a Christ-centered education that equips students to thrive academically and grow spiritually.
Wait Pool
With a large number of prospective students each year, the number of applicants can exceed the number of seats available in a designated grade level for the current or upcoming school year. CCA's wait pool is an unranked group of students who have been accepted to CCA, and who we prayerfully hope will be able to join our school family.
While seats may become available anytime throughout the school year due to life changes (moving, etc), there are key time frames to note in the wait pool process.
March – February is the first window for LCS current families to reserve their seat for the upcoming school year. Wait pool families can typically expect to be notified of grade level openings beginning in March for the upcoming year.
June – The last day of school is the final deadline for current families to change their enrollment plans. This can open additional seats.
We will keep families in the wait pool posted if spaces become available.

We ask that all new families tour CCA and meet our team! You can self-schedule a tour through your assigned admissions checklist or register for one of our admissions events.
*If you are a current CCA/LCA family who is adding a sibling, please apply in your family account. Do not submit an inquiry here.

STEP 3: Admissions Assessment & Family Interview
The application and all required documents must be submitted before an admissions assessment and an interview can be scheduled. Families should schedule the student’s assessment first and the family interview afterward. Only applicants with a completed application and all required documents will be considered for an admissions decision. A family will be asked to share their testimony in the admissions interview. We ask for the child and both parents to attend the family interview.
Admissions decisions will be released through Blackbaud on the designated Decision Day. Only applicants who have submitted a completed application and all required documents by the priority deadline will be considered. Families will receive instructions regarding next steps at that time.
Admissions decisions will be communicated through Blackbaud.
